Every night before bed I spray my calves with La Sunflower's Magnesium Oil Spray. If I fail to use the oil, I am sure to have severe cramps in my legs. I highly recommend this magnesium product! I also use it for my Restless Legs. When my legs feel jumpy, I use the spray and take a 1/2 dropper of La Sunflower's CBD Oil. Bonnie

As I have gotten older I am not sleeping well. I have been using Magnesium Spray for a month and my sleep is so much better. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I can fall back to sleep. My mom and I use this lotion to combat the leg cramps at night. I have them day or night but she mostly gets them at night. We’ve tried so many smelly products and didn’t get relief. This lotion works!! It is amazing how quick it starts working. I put it on in the morning and that’s it. I might reapply before bed if I had a long day. It’s amazing!!

I have suffered with restless leg syndrome and random leg pain for years. I have used the magnesium lotion for several years and it has eliminated the restless legs and the pain. I also get a better nights sleep. I ran out several weeks ago, and made the mistake of not reordering. It only took me a couple of nights to realize it is a product I can't be without.
We love the magnesium lotion from La Sunflower! My husband gets terrible sudden leg cramps, and the magnesium lotion, when rubbed into the skin on the area of the cramp, is so good for relaxing the muscle spasm. I rub it into the bottoms of my feet for a good night’s sleep! It is a much more efficient way to absorb the magnesium than to take an oral supplement. We even take it with us when we travel!
